Privacy note
Kindtale is a new, independent project based in India. This note covers this website and the beta waitlist. When gift-making opens, it will come with a fuller privacy policy.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- If you choose to tell us: the occasion you're planning for and the gifts you'd like.
- The date you joined, and where you came from if the link said so (for example, Instagram).
We don't ask for your name, phone number or anything else.
Why
To email you about the private beta and the launch, and to learn which gifts people want most, so we build those first.
What we never do
We don't sell your details, we don't use them for ads, and we don't share them with anyone except the services that run this site.
The services that run this site
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the waitlist. It also gives us simple visitor counts without cookies.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser fetches them from Google's servers, which can see your IP address.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for the beta and launch emails, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email hello@kindtale.in to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Every email we send will also tell you how to stop getting them.
Changes
If this note changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
